josh brought home the most amazing treats from the cheese store of silverlake today! olives (that exceed graber olives in taste and texture!), sundried grapes on the vine (wow.), and ewephoria. yes, i said ewephoria. sheep milk gouda—undertones of sea salt with notes of carmel and butterscotch. are you kidding me? today was the first day i sliced cheese and ate it…in over a month. it was worth it. the lovely trio treat complimented our homemade grilled vegetable and spicy black bean and cilantro hummus wraps tonight (i might as well be in the mediterranean). if you love hummus…try this recipe!!! another simple but knock your socks off recipe!!!

so i’ve been lagging on the posts a bit lately. thanks for stopping by anyways :). i’ve picked up quite a few creative endeavors over the past month so i’ve spread myself a little thin. it’s a good change but i need some focus! in due time…

speaking of change…tuesdays will not bring you tune-age anymore (RIP). i’ve decided to be a little more free about posting music…so basically when i hear music that inspires me, you’ll be the first to know!

ernie and bert are doing fabulous. their growth pictures are coming to a halt due to the fact that the shots i take of them now are just a fuzzy mess of green. don’t worry, i will keep you updated…you’ll probably see me stuffing my face with tom tom’s in the near future! as for a current update on the two little guys, i’ve noticed they haven’t been growing much lately and i think it’s because all the growth is going into the fruit now. well, that’s what the husband says anyways. he is the master of masters at gardening so i believe him :). (i love josh thompson!!!!!!!)
