so i think...
so i think i’ve been eating wayyy too much sugar as of late.
so i’m taking on a short but sweet (NPI) 5-day sugar free detox…
and supplementing it with 5 days of hot yoga!
i’m hoping this will help aid in the process of cutting down my sugar intake in general.
slowly but surely.

so one evening josh and i decided to go for a run…that eventually turned into a walk.
